- Matrimonial Profile Details: Age, city, profession, education, religious practice, marital status, and partner preferences.
- Photographs: Profile pictures uploaded to your private storage folder.
- Communication Records: Direct in-app messages exchanged with your matchmaker or mutual matches.
- Payment Information: Transaction identifiers processed securely by Stripe (we do not store raw credit card numbers).
3. How Your Photographs & Data Are Protected
- You (the profile owner).
- The verified matchmaker(s) you have specifically submitted your profile to.
- A prospective match only after mutual introduction and explicit acceptance.
Your profile is never indexed by public search engines, and your contact phone number is never displayed publicly.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Enabling your chosen matchmaker to evaluate compatibility and suggest introductions.
- Sending transactional notification emails (such as match suggestions, messages, or account alerts).
- Preventing fraud, harassment, and unauthorized access.
- Continuously improving platform stability and user experience.
5. Zero Selling of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, biodata, or contact details to any third party, marketing agency, or advertiser. Period.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have full ownership of your data. You may update your profile preferences or delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your profile records, submitted applications, and stored photos are permanently removed from our active database.
